La salud mental de los estudiantes universitarios, marcada por depresión, ansiedad y estrés, es una preocupación global creciente, exacerbada por las exigencias académicas y sociales post-pandemia. Se requiere que las universidades implementen programas de apoyo psicológico y fomenten un ambiente que priorice el bienestar emocional para abordar esta problemática urgente.Descargas
